💡 What is a Generous Leader?

When you are a G Corporation, you become a Generous Leader — a business owner with a deep, God-centered “why” for business. You understand the principles for building a for-profit business as well as God's principles for creating wealth with eternal benefits, and you serve others by following standards of generous leadership as defined by the S.O.U.L. Plan® framework.

💡 What is Eternal Wealth?

Eternal Wealth is what we create when our pursuit of an intimate relationship with God compels us to use our time, energy, and work to make money and invest resources to fulfill God's purpose for our lives and benefit God’s economy.

"Wealth" - (Hebrew: chayil) - courage, boldness, bravery, virtue, excellence, goodness, righteousness, strength, power, might, financial and material substance, and riches.

"God's economy" - God's plan for the distribution of resources that fulfills God's purposes.

"Eternal" - Everlasting life: "God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son." 1 John 5:13

Julaine Smith, CPA and Eternal Wealth Business Coach, is an author, former radio talk show host, business coach, and creator of the S.O.U.L. Plan®, a framework for business leadership and financial management that's proven to bring life-giving, light-filled power and purpose, beyond profits, to entrepreneurs who create Eternal Wealth. She is the founder of the G Corporation Incubator, and the co-Managing Member for Ametra Advisors, an accounting and business advisory firm that provides outsourced accounting, business advisory and consulting services to its small business clients. 

Julaine’s diverse career has helped her develop the skills she has now. Before starting Ametra Advisors and the G Corporation Incubator, she served as division Chief Financial Officer for AT&T Broadband, Director of Technical Accounting for Pacific Telesis Group, Operations Controller for InterMedia Management, and Senior Auditor for Price Waterhouse. She serves on several boards of directors including for Vossler Media Group and FareStart, and the advisory board for the School of Business and Management at Northwest University. One of Smith’s most notable accomplishments was helping to raise $700 million in an initial public offering.

Julaine is a self-proclaimed foodie — she enjoys going out to eat delicious food and once owned a soul food restaurant! She’s married with one son and when she’s not working, she can be found watching Real Housewives or playing Words With Friends

Kayla is a certified life coach and licensed classroom educator, having served in public schools and a charter school system. She received her Bachelor of Arts in education from the North Carolina A & T State University, and a Certificate of Coaching from the accredited International Coaching Federation organization, Coach U. 

Kayla's experience in teaching and coaching has taught her the importance of affirming every individual and helping people develop self-awareness and confidence so they can navigate the challenges of life.

As a Life Coach, she's worked in one on one and group settings in diverse contexts including churches, civic organizations, private institutions and corporations. Kayla enjoys using creativity and teaching tools to empower people of all ages to live vivaciously.
